Healing Scriptures

"Dear friend, I am praying that all is well with you and that your body is as healthy as I know your soul is."
III John 2:2

Scriptures to help build your faith:

Exodus 15:26 "If you will listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and laws, then I will not make you suffer the diseases I sent on the Egyptians; for I am the LORD who heals you."

Exodus 23:25 "You must serve only the LORD your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will keep you healthy."

Deuteronomy 7:15 "And the LORD will protect you from all sickness. He will not let you suffer from the terrible diseases you knew in Egypt, but he will bring them all on your enemies!"

Deuteronomy 28:1-14 " 1If you fully obey the LORD your God by keeping all the commands I am giving you today, the LORD your God will exalt you above all the nations of the world. 2You will experience all these blessings if you obey the LORD your God: 3You will be blessed in your towns and in the country. 4You will be blessed with many children and productive fields. You will be blessed with fertile herds and flocks. 5You will be blessed with baskets overflowing with fruit, and with kneading bowls filled with bread. 6You will be blessed wherever you go, both in coming and in going. 7The LORD will conquer your enemies when they attack you. They will attack you from one direction, but they will scatter from you in seven! 8The LORD will bless everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. 9If you obey the commands of the LORD your God and walk in his ways, the LORD will establish you as his holy people as he solemnly promised to do. 10Then all the nations of the world will see that you are a people claimed by the LORD, and they will stand in awe of you. 11The LORD will give you an abundance of good things in the land he swore to give your ancestors – many children, numerous livestock, and abundant crops. 12The LORD will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavens to bless all the work you do. You will lend to many nations, but you will never need to borrow from them. 13If you listen to these commands of the LORD your God and carefully obey them, the LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you will always have the upper hand. 14You must not turn away from any of the commands I am giving you today to follow after other gods and worship them"

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 "19 Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, that you and your descendants might live! 20 Choose to love the LORD your God and to obey him and commit yourself to him, for he is your life. Then you will live long in the land the LORD swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob."

Matthew 8:17 "This fulfilled the word of the Lord through Isaiah, who said, 'He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.'

Matthew 18:18-19 "18 I tell you this: Whatever you prohibit on earth is prohibited in heaven, and whatever you allow on earth is allowed in heaven.19 I also tell you this: If two of you agree down here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. "

Matthew 21:21 "Then Jesus told them, 'I assure you, if you have faith and don't doubt, you can do things like this and much more. You can even say to this mountain, 'May God lift you up and throw you into the sea,' and it will happen.' "

Romans 4:17-20 "17  That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, 'I have made you the father of many nations.' This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who brings into existence what didn't exist before.18 When God promised Abraham that he would become the father of many nations, Abraham believed him. God had also said, 'Your descendants will be as numerous as the stars,' even though such a promise seemed utterly impossible!19 And Abraham's faith did not weaken, even though he knew that he was too old to be a father at the age of one hundred and that Sarah, his wife, had never been able to have children.20 Abraham never wavered in believing God's promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God."

Galatians 3:13-14 "13  But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.14 Through the work of Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, and we Christians receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith."

Ephesians 6:10-17 "10 A final word: Be strong with the Lord's mighty power.11 Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies and tricks of the Devil.12 For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against the evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms.13 Use every piece of God's armor to resist the enemy in the time of evil, so that after the battle you will still be standing firm.14 Stand your ground, putting on the sturdy belt of truth and the body armor of God's righteousness.15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News, so that you will be fully prepared.16 In every battle you will need faith as your shield to stop the fiery arrows aimed at you by Satan.17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."
